The program works. I started in Nov of 2019 and after the first 28 days, I was off and am still off insulin. After several months of following the food plan set up for me, I was off blood pressure medication and acid reflux pills. Also, the inflammation in my hands from osteoarthritis was down. I also still take the supplements. After 8 months I lost 40 lbs. I have since gained 10 to 15 lbs, but my blood sugar is still under control. My Hgb A1C has averaged 6.0 for the last couple of years. I am almost 74 years old and feel so much better now.
